Not A Baby Anymore:)

Back in January, our nephew, Easton celebrated his 6th birthday. Due to bad weather his birthday party at Pump It Up was postponed until mid-February. Yes, I am that far behind on posting:)

During the party, I was lucky to get Easton to pose for the following two pictures. If you can't tell by the sweaty head, he was in the process of running from one bouncy slide to the next.

I couldn't end without posting the following two pictures. Where does time go? He isn't even our child and I feel like we have been robbed of his baby/toddler years. It is hard to believe that the bald, big-headed baby is the same child that just celebrated his 6th birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EASTON!

He Kicks, He Scores!

It has been so crazy at the Organ household! I am so far behind on blogging and I am hoping to have several new posts up within the week. So I will start with this post about one of the cutest kids we know.

A few weeks ago, Mike & I were invited to go watch our nephew play soccer. This is his first season to play, and this was the first opportunity we had to watch him play. I primarily took pictures the whole time, but more often than not, I did find myself yelling just as loud as all the parents. It was amazing how much fun we had watching these little 5 year olds run around trying to kick a ball:)

Here are a few pictures of this precious boy having fun!

T-Ball

I can't believe it has been almost a month since my last post. There has been a lot going on in the Organ household. It seems like we are constantly busy, but no matter how hard I try to remember, I can't tell you exactly what we have been busy with:)

A couple weeks ago we headed out to Mt. Juliet to spend an evening with Mike's family. We had a great time. First we grilled out at Phil & Amy's, then we loaded in the cars and headed for Easton's T-Ball game. Let me tell you, there is nothing funnier that watching a bunch of 5 year old boys playing T-Ball. Here are a few things that I learned:

When your team is up to bat:
1. When you step up to bat you must turn around and inform all the spectators (aka parents) "Hey everyone, cheer for me." Thanks E. for demonstrating so well:)
2. Once you hit the ball you stand there and watch all the boys on the field scramble to get the ball (there is no such thing as dropping the bat and running to first base).
3. It is a necessity that no matter where the ball is (even if it is still in the outfield) you MUST slide into home plate.

When your team is on the field:
1. Dancing in the outfield is a must!
2. Drawing figures in the dirt is a must!
3. Running all the way from 3rd base to Right out field to get the ball is a must!

What a great night!

Here a few pictures from the night (sorry they were all taken during his warm up practice. Once the game started in was too dark and the pictures came out blurry):

Hopefully I will have a few more posts up within the next few days. I have a boot camp update in the works and I also have an exciting announcement! And NO, we are not pregnant.
