Daddy's Little Girl

Fall Family Photo Shoot 2012

When we were in Arkansas for Thanksgiving we asked my Mom if she would take some pictures of our little family. I waited to share them with everyone because we were using some of the pictures for Christmas cards and Christmas gifts. Then I had a major case of "pregnancy brain" and completely forgot about them. So here are a few pics of my amazing family!

Thanks Mom for taking these great photos!

Walden Farm: Pumpkin Patch

A couple weeks ago, Mike and I took McKinley to Walden Farm. We figured 18 months old was the perfect age to let her experience her very first Pumpkin Patch. We had such a great time, the weather was amazing, and we even managed to get a few good pictures of M.

I think her favorite part of the farm was (of course) the animals!

Now that McKinley is walking, she LOVED exploring the farm, touching all the pumpkins and playing/picking up anything she could get her hands on.

This will definitely be a picture we take each year so we can watch our little pumpkin grow!

Happy Fall Ya'll

Mums, and Pumpkins, and Gourds...Oh My!

Every October, Mike and I make a trip to the Nashville Farmer's Market to purchase the necessary fall decor for our front porch. This year was extra special because it was our first Farmer's Market trip as a family of 3!

McKinley slept the majority of our time at the Market.

Her first pumpkin.....

....which she decided to lick!

This picture makes me laugh because it looks like she is thinking "Come on, really!?! You are making me pose for a picture with a tiny pumpkin!"
